Cost

Delivery is free of charge. The price on the page is the price the courier collects.

Handling

One to two working days after the confirmation call, while the parcel is prepared and handed over.

On the road

Three to seven working days, depending on the country.

Confirmation

A member of our team phones the number you gave to read the order back before anything is sent.

Payment

Cash to the courier, in the currency of the offer, when the parcel is handed to you.

Tracking

The call centre gives you the carrier's tracking details on the phone, once the parcel is handed over or whenever you ask.

Where we deliver

Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Spain. A parcel for any other country cannot be accepted yet.
